Reduce stress

Balance your life and energy with Reiki

How do I learn Reiki?

When you learn Reiki for  self-treatment

It is a wonderful relaxing process that will leave you feeling content, comforted and at  peace with yourself and the world. Reiki is simple to learn. It is taught  at three levels: First Degree, Second Degree and Master level.

First Degree: introduces you to working with and experiencing energy. You can learn how to work on yourself so that you can develop your ability as a channel and balance your energy system over time. You will also learn how to pass on the benefits of Reiki to others, using a simple hands-on treatment system.

Second Degree is taken a few months after First Degree, to give an opportunity to work on yourself and get the hang of the basics before moving on. You learn some advanced methods that you can use to enhance your treatments and you learn how to carry out distant healing as well.

Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any

symptoms of illness you should see your doctor.

Reiki is safe and will complement any form of complementary or medical treatment.

A Reiki practitioner will not diagnose or recommend any form of treatment.

Reiki Treatments

Receiving Reiki from a practitioner is a simple process.

You remain fully clothed throughout the Reiki session.

When you are on the treatment table, the practitioner will gently lay their hands on your body in a series of hand positions from your head to your feet.

During the treatment, energy (called “chi”) is drawn to you through the practitioner’s hands, helping to produce a state of balance.

You may experience deep relaxation, some tingling, a sense of warmth or you may feel like you are floating.

How many Reiki treatments do I need?

A Reiki treatment will bring a sense of calm and peacefulness; this certainly can happen after only one treatment.

However, the best results come from having a series of weekly treatments during a period of 4 to 6 weeks.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced “Ray-key”) is a simple energy-balancing method.

Reiki is a relaxation process that can contribute to self-healing as well as personal growth and development.

Where is it from?

Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s in Japan.  He created a simple self-healing and spiritual

development system that anyone could use. In doing so, he drew on many ancient Japanese practices. Today, people practice Reiki in most countries in the world.
